Dear Families,

We now have a new sign-in and sign-out Kiosk located at the Office. All students arriving late or leaving early are required to use this system. The Kiosk automatically syncs with our attendance records. Students will still need to take a late slip to show their teacher after signing in. This system is part of a new DECYP rollout, and there are still a few areas being refined. At times, this has resulted in some incorrect text messages being sent to families. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this transition together.

This week we farewell Mr Latham as he takes leave for Term 4 and the first 4 weeks of 2026. He will be enjoying some well-deserved time with his one-year-old son, Ned. We wish him all the very best and look forward to welcoming him back midway through Term 1 next year.

Please note that Friday 24^th October, will be a student free day. This falls directly after Show Day. Lady Gowrie will be available for families requiring care on this day. Bookings can be made directly through Lady Gowrie.

As we close out Term 3, I want to sincerely thank our staff, students, parents, and the wider school community for your hard work and dedication. I hope you all enjoy some time to rest and recharge with family and friends. We look forward to seeing everyone back refreshed and ready for Term 4.

StoryBox Library is a subscription-based website and app featuring Australian storytellers reading hundreds of much-loved children’s books. It’s a fantastic way to nurture your child’s love of reading and support their literacy development.

With features like Read-Along, Closed Captions, Auslan stories, and engaging audio-visual content, StoryBox Library is designed to be inclusive and accessible for all children.
