Online Transition Form – Due 4:00pm Friday 26 September.
Parents and Carers of all Year 6 Students 
 
Please take a moment to complete the online form via the link or by scanning the QR Code below with your young person to provide essential details regarding their schooling for 2026.

You will be prompted to indicate their preferred high school and select peers they may wish to be grouped with in future classes.

All information is confidential and aids in crafting class compositions. Our aim is to accommodate each student with at least one preferred peer at Taroona High, provided the form is completed by the specified deadline.
